The Driller leads the drilling crew on the wellsite. Responsible for planning work, maintaining tooling, some mechanical work on rigs, executing drilling assignments to meet schedule, quality, and production goals. Ability to lift heavy tooling and perform laborious work daily.
Skills required:
– Deep understanding of Oil and Gas Upstream Industry
– At least 1 year of experience as a Driller in onshore operations
– Drilling land horizontal wells with cyber chair/joystick control
– Computer and software literate and willing to learn new software technology
– Pipe handling equipment operation
– Drill pipe and Casing handling including building stands off line
– Monitoring fluids system
– Supervision of back and front yard activities
– Pipe handling equipment operation: Catwalk, Central package
